5. Product Warranty, Returns and Refunds

5.2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
5.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

5.5 Product Warranty for Let’s Go Grooming Products:
Express Warranty
Let’s Go warrants that the grooming products sold through our website are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product proves to be defective within two weeks of the time of purchase, we will, at our option, replace the product or refund the purchase price.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations. It also does not cover allergic reactions or other personal sensitivities to the product ingredients.
Usage Instructions
For the safety and effectiveness of our products, please follow the usage instructions provided with each product. Failure to adhere to these instructions will void any warranty.

Delivery Warranty and Notice of Potential Delays

In such cases, we will notify the Customer as soon as practical regarding any anticipated delays. While we make every effort to minimize disruptions, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to these potential delays and understands that no claims for damages or cancellations will be accepted due to such delays.
Product Availability and Delivery Timing During the Pre-sale period
Our inventory will be updated regularly, but the items purchased during the period prior to initial shipping of our products (i.e., the pre-sale period) are not currently in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we launch our new business.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the products ordered during the pre-sale period are currently out of stock and are estimated to become available for shipment approximately 60 days from the date of the purchase. Let’s Go will use reasonable efforts to update the Customer regarding the status of product availability. The Customer accepts the potential delay and agrees that no claims for damages, penalties, or cancellations will be entertained due to this delay in availability and delivery.
